When purchasing a physical good, you agree to provide us with a valid email and shipping address, as well as valid billing information. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information you provide to us. If we do so after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to you in the amount of the purchase price. We also may request additional information from you prior to confirming a sale and We reserve the right to place any additional restrictions on the sale of any of Our products. You agree to ensure payment for any items you may purchase from Us and You acknowledge that prices are subject to change. You agree to monitor your methods of payment. Shipment costs and dates are subject to change from costs and dates You are quoted due to unforeseen circumstances. If due to some reason our products delivered to you are damaged or expired, we will take the returned product back with us and issue a full refund of the amount for the value of the return products which will be credited to the same account from which you made the purchase, provided that issue is reported to within 24 hours of the delivery.
- Easy Return
- Sign in to your Frozen at Door account.
- Find the order in “” Orders” , click the “Return Item” button.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reasons, and submit.
- Select the mailing method: self-sending or pick-up service (choose the pick-up address and post office required information).
- The logistics company will contact you as soon as possible, please wait for the courier to pick up the package or take the sealed package to the nearby mailing point and send it to the address of Frozen at Door return center.
- We will confirm the parcel immediately after we receive the return, update the status of the return and refund within 7 working days. The refund will be returned to you to your original payment account.
- Return Time & Order Status
- Returns must be postmarked within 24 hours after the date of delivery.
- Orders must be delivered, and the address of the recipient must be in India.
- If you receive a damaged/defective item, Frozen at Door Customer Service should be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing.
- Refund method
The refund will be initiated to your original payment account per your request.
- Refund process time
Refunds will be initiated within 24 hours from Frozen at Door side upon receipt of your package.
If you choose Original Payment Account, specific time of the money refunding to your original payment account according to your payment mode/bank account (normally takes 2-10 working days after Frozen at Door initiated).
Please Note: Refunds will be initiated for item price only, other fees like shipping guarantee, shipping, COD service charges are non-refundable.
